Privacy Policy for Praize.me (a brand of Pulpo Studios LLC)
Last updated: January 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pulpo Studios LLC ("Pulpo Studios," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Praize.me website, dashboard, and related services (the "Services").
Praize.me is a brand and product operated by Pulpo Studios LLC. References to "Praize.me" in this Privacy Policy refer to the Services provided by Pulpo Studios under the Praize.me brand.
Praize.me helps businesses request customer feedback (often via WhatsApp), analyze that feedback, route constructive feedback privately to the business, and, when appropriate, guide satisfied customers to leave public reviews on third-party platforms.
1) Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to:
• Business Users - people who create or manage a Praize.me account on behalf of a business.
• End Customers - individuals who receive messages or provide feedback about a business using Praize.me (for example, via WhatsApp).
• Website Visitors - visitors to our website and marketing pages.
2) Roles and responsibilities (Controller vs Processor)
Depending on the context, Pulpo Studios may act as:
• Data Processor (Service Provider) for End Customer information that a business uploads to Praize.me or uses through the Services (for example: End Customer name, phone number, conversation replies, and feedback). In this case, the business is the "controller" and we process data on the business’s behalf and instructions.
• Data Controller for information related to our own operations and Business Users (for example: account details, security logs, and communications with support).
If you are an End Customer and want to exercise rights related to a business’s use of your data, contacting that business is often the fastest route. You can also contact us and we will help route the request where we can.
3) Information we collect and process
A) Business User information
We may collect:
• Name, business name, email, phone number
• Account credentials and authentication-related information
• Communications with our support team
• Security and audit logs related to account activity
B) End Customer information (processed on behalf of businesses)
Depending on the business’s setup, we may process:
• Contact details provided by the business, typically first name and phone number (and sometimes email)
• Message content and feedback you send in response (for example WhatsApp replies), including timestamps and delivery metadata
• Feedback routing status such as whether feedback was routed privately to the business or whether a review link was presented
C) Website and app usage data
We may collect:
• IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps
• Cookies or similar technologies (see Cookies section)
4) How we use information
We use information to:
• Provide and operate the Services (sending messages, collecting feedback, displaying dashboards)
• Analyze End Customer replies to determine satisfaction and categorize feedback
• Improve reliability, performance, and user experience (debugging, product analytics)
• Provide customer support
• Protect the security and integrity of the Services (fraud and abuse prevention)
• Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information.
5) AI processing and automated analysis
Praize.me uses OpenAI to help read and analyze End Customer replies (for example, to classify satisfaction and extract themes). We do not train custom models using End Customer content.
Businesses remain responsible for determining the appropriate legal basis for contacting End Customers and requesting feedback, and we support that processing as a service provider.
6) How we share information
We may share personal information with:
A) The business that requested the feedback
End Customer replies and feedback are shared with the relevant business customer that initiated the feedback request, including constructive feedback routed privately.
B) Service providers (subprocessors)
We use vendors to operate the Services. Based on our current setup, these include:
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in us-central1 for hosting and infrastructure
• Firebase (Google) for application services and data handling
• Twilio for WhatsApp messaging delivery and related messaging services
• OpenAI for analysis of message content as described above
• Google Analytics for website and product usage analytics
• OpenReplay for product experience analytics and session replay (where enabled)
We share only what is reasonably necessary for these providers to deliver their services.
C) Legal and safety
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
D) Third-party review platforms
If an End Customer chooses to leave a public review via a link, their activity on the third-party platform is governed by that platform’s terms and privacy policy.
7) International data transfers
Our Services are hosted in the United States (currently GCP us-central1). Some vendors may process data in other locations. Where legally required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
8) Data retention
• End Customer data - We retain and process End Customer conversation content and feedback until the business deletes it (or instructs us to delete it), subject to legal requirements and technical constraints.
• Business User data - We retain account-related information as needed to provide the Services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Backups: Like most cloud services, we maintain routine backups for disaster recovery. Data deleted from active systems may persist in backups for a limited period until overwritten.
9) Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, such as access controls and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10) Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
• Keep the Services functioning (for example session management)
• Understand usage and improve the product (for example Google Analytics)
• Diagnose issues and improve user experience (for example OpenReplay, where enabled)
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where required by law, we will present cookie controls or consent mechanisms.
11) Your rights and choices
A) End Customers
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal information. Because End Customer data is usually processed on behalf of a business, requests are often best handled by contacting that business first.
You can also contact us at privacy@praize.me.
B) Business Users
You may access and update certain account information via your dashboard. You can also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to legal obligations.
12) Opt-out and "stop" requests
Praize.me does not yet provide a fully automated opt-out keyword flow in all configurations. However, if an End Customer asks to stop being contacted, we will apologize and take steps to prevent further outreach from Praize.me for that End Customer, consistent with the business’s configuration and applicable law.
13) Children’s privacy
The Services are not intended for children under the age where parental consent is required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a way that violates applicable law.
14) Third-party links
The Services may include links to third-party websites and platforms (for example review platforms). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
15) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify Business Users (for example via dashboard notice or email).
